Depending on stock, processing normally takes 2-3 business days. Shipping takes 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail. Indian Hair Collection processing time is 7-10 days or less depending on stock. An ADULT SIGNATURE is REQUIRED for all shipped. ORDERING DURING THE PANDEMIC AND HOLIDAY SALES MAY CAUSE DELAYS. IF SO, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED.

Q: How many bundles do I need?

Depends on the look you want to achieve. I recommend the following for any install:

Peruvian hair:

12" to 14"- 2 bundles

16" to 20"- 3 bundles

22" to 26”- 4 bundles

Indian hair:

2” to 16"- 2 bundles

18" to 22"- 3 bundles

24" to 30"- 4 bundles

Q: What type of hair do we sell?

We sell raw indian and peruvian extensions.

Q: What is the difference between raw indian hair and peruvian?

Raw hair is hair that has not been chemically processed or altered for texture or pattern. Peruvian hair is double wefted, high quality hair. The hair is from one donor, meaning the cuticles are all aligned, with a processed curl/wave pattern. It can be dyed to any color, including 613. The hair textures are straight, loose wave, deep wave and body wave. The lengths vary from 12-30 inches.

Q: How long will our hair last?

Life span is 1-3 years. We stand proud behind our hair and the fact that our extensions will last for as long as you take care of them. We have clients who have re-installed their hair over and over again.

Q: Can I wash, straighten, apply heat and/or swim in my extensions?

Yes.

Q: Can I dye my extensions?

Yes. Please allow a professional to color your extensions.

Q: What is the natural hair color of the hair?

It varies from 1B (natural black) to 2 (natural brown).
